White pudding with apples Recipe White pudding with apples (for 2 people)
2 white pudding
50 gr of butter
1 tablespoon of honey
1 small liqueur glass of Calvados (or Armagnac)
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and seed them.
Heat your pan with the butter.
Brown the apples and set aside.
Prick the sausages with the tip of a knife and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side over medium heat and set aside.
Deglaze with the Calvados, add the honey, salt and pepper and stir.
